Favourite Studio Ghibli film?
I am torn on this as I love nearly everything Studio Ghibli has done.
I would have to say though Nausicaa is my favourite, I just marvel at the attention to detail, and the smoothness of the animation. I love the way it has long scenes with no dialogue, where the plot is visually driven.
Other favourites would be My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away and Whisper Of The Heart. Grave Of The Fireflies is the most depressing film ever, but has more emotion than 98% of Hollywood films.
The weakest in my eyes would be Pom Poko or The Cat Returns.

Re: Favourite Studio Ghibli film?
I Watched spirited away and enjoyed it. Thats was mainly due to the story. I Still find the animation to be quite basic oh Ghibli productions. Heresy I know!
