Crew Member Tracing / CMR
Adam (Gate Haunter) has convinced me that a "public" record of individual crewmen may be very important to some players. I've modified the AAR form so that information on each crewman may be submitted. Each crewman's name should be submitted on the form upon his first flight. If something truly unusual happens that the form can't handle, like your pilot shooting down a Me-110, send me a separate message about it.
