'Curtain Call'
Purchased my Deluxe Edition copy of 'Curtain Call' when it was released in Australia on Sunday, December 4th. Fantastic compilation--Not only did Em include his biggest hits, but also three fresh new tracks and the live version of 'Stan' from the 43rd Grammy Awards in 2001, featuring the legendary Elton John. 'When I'm Gone' is fast becoming one of my favorite Shady tracks too; a truly heartfelt piece of music that captures his exhausting lifestyle, what he sacrifices to please his fans, his feelings for Hailie, and the guilt that overwhelms him when he leaves her to travel.
Sorry for rambling... But in conclusion, I was overall very happy with this record, and felt like posting about it.
