6th reinforcements 41st Battalion A.I.F.
I have had a picture of the above knocking about for years. I bought it in an old shop whos owner felt that the frame was worth more than the picture , which is a shame. If anybody has an interest in the 41st let me know and Ill forward a copy.

Thats ok dave , Im a great believer in passing copies of photographs about, That way at least a copy is liable to survive somewhere ? I havent been over to france since july, but will try to have a couple of days before xmas. The mrs likes to get stocked up on wine, cheese etc (at least thats my excuse!) wipers is about 60 mile from calais so its easy to get there. I allways try to attend the last post ceremony at 8 pm If im in the area.
