New Book on New Zealand Mounted Rifles Brigade in WW1
My new book on the Middle East campaign of the New Zealand Mounted Rifles Brigade in WW1, entitled "Devils on Horses: In the Words of the Anzacs in the Middle East 1916-19" (published by Exisle Publishing) will be available in bookshops in NZ from 10 October 2007 for NZ$55.
This book completes the WW1 story of the NZMR Brigade, begun with my first book "Echoes of Gallipoli: In the Words of New Zealand's Mounted Riflemen" (which covers the period from mobilisation in August 1914 until the brigade's evacuation from Gallipoli in December 1915).
