AIF Cymbals

Hi, I am seeking any information on two brass cymbals which I have just acquired. They are 330cm in width and are made of brass. On the top there is inscribed mark of a crescent moon and a five pointed star, which, I believe represents Turkey. Adjacent to this is a logo which I am unable to make out.
On the underside, the following is engraved in descending order.
2AIF 2/3 PnR Bn A111
Above these are two D's separated by an upward pointing arrowhead.

I would be grateful if anyone could supply me with any information whatsoever on their history etc. Thanks

Don
