CMF Service Records

Does any one know if service records were kept for members of the CMF, and if they were how are they accessed. I am looking for the records of my late father in law who served in the RAAF 1944-45 and in the CMF during 50s, 60s and 70s

No idea, Ross. Suggest you send an email to archives.

Ross,
NAA have access to all these records. Just give them a ring 1300 886 881 or fill out details here
http://www.naa.gov.au/The_Collection/refform1.html
and they will chase up records which are held in various places and quote you on price of photocopying.
Kate
