THE FAIRIES BAND - Glam Punk Rock.
Tinky, Tinsel, Twinkle, Sparkle (Vocals), Bary (Bass), Jared (Lead Guitar), Mark (Drums), Cowboy (Guitar).
Glam Rockers supreme, works of art and visual artists (the UK's most exhibited band). Gigs are a joy to witness.. Gracing the stage with their sleaze-infused showgirl punk.
In 006 they've been a sensation in New York City, at festivals and the coolest clubs and galleries. They know their way around a tune and new material has picked up favourable response already with Artrocker describing 'Colonel Bright', which they recorded with The Quireboys - on the Once Upon Another Time compilation http://www.myspace.com/onceuponanothertime - as a "Bloc Party-esque sophisticated pop number."
"The first time a group has induced pop rapture in too, too long" says Drowned In Sound. A hot prospect, agree a growing legion of admirers.
