vega fair - jennifer, possible to get a stall type space in the boot sale that day time. local people could sell local wares. jordana please got bandstand banner. clear pockets to keep flyers tidy. allowed to have singers in the afternoon before party.
three bands pencilled so far as needed confirmations for venue brochure - depends what people want to do for the rest. projections & installations needed. any drink specials/promotions & affordable entry. an artist like to exchange free promo material (recyclable postcard flyers) + posters with credit for imagery please.
live rock n pop then djs and dancing mix plus offers of on stage party turns

what decor have the theatre got lying around that could be put to use by whoever would like to do decorate the space to look like a gig taking place on the moon. the show, lunar tunes, is already broadcast by moonbeam from gigs in rocklands. a mix of music and culture, it is a report on the planet's time zone turning to ancient instincts of civilisation via arts and music.
music tourist board is a celebration of that and this is another excuse for a gathering of the playing class.
what are the chances of photographers and video makers getting any space on the cafe walls / screens that day or week?
