A contract player as defined in Football Association Rules is one who has entered into a wrtten contract with a Club in membership with the Football Association or an Affliliated Association i.e. NCFA/SCFA.
Contract players, as defined in Football Association Rules, are not permitted in the BADSFL.
A player (not having entered into a written contract) who receives payment in respect of expenses or as an inducement to play for a Club is not in breach of Football Association Rules.
Where it is suspected that a player registered with the BADSFL may have entered into a written contract with a Club, a check is made with the Football Association. Breaches of the rule are severely punished by the Football Association. Additionally, any points gained in league games would be deducted retrospectively and where it is proved that the player had played in a BADSFL sanctioned knock-out Competition, the Club would be 'thrown out'.

short and simple if a player is paid saturday or sunday he cant play in our league is that correct?

NO A player who is paid to play BUT HAS NOT ENTERED INTO A WRITTEN CONTRACT can play in the BADSFL.
