Respect/Discipline
As one who witnessed the abuse directed at one of your league's officers, and knowing that the report to the County FA would have been correctly laid out, I was surprised to learn that the FA chose to refer it back to the league for action. So much for the declaration which appears on the Respect Code of Conduct - Adult Players. which reads 'I understand that breaches of the code may result in action being taken by my County FA and/or the FA.'
I'm refering to those parts of the code which reads, 'Never engage in offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour' and 'Avoid bullying, intimidation and poor behaviour'. Well if any County FA official reads this I can tell you that the league official was subjected to the most agressive and humiliating abuse I have ever witnessed and your non-action brings Respect into disrepute.
And, what will happen when Paulo Neves has served the punishment awarded by the league?. Free to have another go ..... he has a history for this unruly conduct. The FA have missed an opportunity to demonstrate that Respect means just that, or is it just another 'talking shop'.

Re: Respect/Discipline
It seems to me that a proper course of action for Mr. Neves is to reflect on whether he has maintained the necessary objectivity to continue in the position of club manager. That is doubtless a matter which as a team manager he can discuss with his club chairman and colleagues and I don't think it is for me to say one way or another.
