Well, BADSFL I'd say Green Dragon closely followed by Redcastle Storm then Greyhound Inn. But if you want to include the years when it was the Thetford league then you gotta include Black Horse, Sportscene and Rose & Crown from memory. Railway have a way to go yet!!

From the records I hold one team that dominated was Flintnappers A. Weeting FC have won two NCFA Sunday Intermediate Cups. Other teams that played a high standard of football during the 80's and mid 90's that were a joy to watch included RAF Honington (Sunday), Lakenheath Casuals, Blackhorse and Elveden. I agree that during the later years Green Dragon dominated for several seasons, Redcastle Storm and Greyhound Inn being their challengers but, overall my vote would go to Flintknappers A.
PS Railway have to prove themselves over several seasons to be included alongside those named above. They are a good side and I believe they will earn that right.

One of the outstanding League Cup finals I recall was Flintknappers 'A' defeating Honigton (Sunday) under lights at TTFC in 1990. It really was an outstanding game.

chase v weeting,weeting won 1-0 they scored in the last 10 mins of normal time if i remember right the chase also beat northwold in the semi final to get to the final was a hell of a final to watch.
