Rules and Regulations

Hi,

I am looking for a soft copy (MS Word Document) of an example of rules and regulations. I don't want to create one from scratch... and I know larger condo associations typically have soft copies of the document. Any help would be appreciated.

John Bickley III, an attorney with Kovitz Shiffrin and Nesbit, has a nice manual called Board Member's Guide to Rules and Regulations. You should contact Mr. Bickley and ask for a copy.
