Our assessments went up 20% one year and 17% last year without owner approval.

Our assessments went up between the time the unit was listed and closing, from $250 to $275.

Our assessments went up 10% last year.
This year they will stay the same,
but there is a large capital improvement looming over our heads and we are special assessing about $1,000 a unit owner this year, and will likely have to assess more next year. We are having a regular meeting and are asking for owner input.
