Developer Misconduct?
While still under Developer control well before 75% Units have been purchased and Turnover to Owners will be in progress, which 'tools' are available to a new condo unit Owner or prospective buyer when it is believed that the Developer is NOT following the requirements of the Condo Act? Because of slow sales in this current market,
I fear that Sales may not reach 75% for another two years!
My quandry: do I purchase the condo knowing full well the problems looming with potential legal battles ahead?
Is there any 'help' out there for Owners and Buyers of Condos before having to wait until the pending Turnover?
Are there suggestions for Owners/Buyers with regard to Developers who seem to do as they wish rather than according to the laws or even to the recorded Declaration?

Re: Developer Misconduct?
I am very interested in any replies to this topic. I actually purchased a townhome and now am fully aware that the developer has not been in compliance with the ICPA.
