Re: Holly - check this fiugre out! SharB- speaking from experience, the pink dress with cherries on it is the easiest to make. For something doll-sized you could get a cherry-print fabric (if you can't find a local source, try Ebay) and make a simply A-line dress out of it (with empire waist seams), add the lace ruffle at the bottom, and then all you need are fishnets (or you could paint those on), bangles, the right stuff, and you're done.

Re: Holly - check this fiugre out! Ah, thanks for the recommendations. I had to put it aside as i had a business trip out of state and was gone for a week. Didn't get to visit any of the comic stores this time though darn it as well as putting me behind schedule for this yule present. I was wanting to make a Cherri, Bing, and then the whole gang dolls for my daughter (and myself of course). Once i am done, i hope to post pictures for everyone to see.
