Being a novice at all this, I just decided to give it a try, since Jim and Holly were so nice enough to put together those spell cards. Plus I'm good at following directions. The first thing I did was preheat the oven to 350 degrees...oops wrong set of instructions...
I set up a place to cast that was both safe, and indoors. I would have been happy to cast outdoors, but it was way too cold!
I stripped down to my bare self, and cast my circle. I proceeded through the spell at my own pace (it seemed better to just let things flow rather than rush it). I chose to inscribe a name of business on my candle that I wished to bless other than my own, since I like to do things for others. At the conclusion of my casting I called upon the blessing of Epona to make the spell true.
I look forward to trying some of the other spells listed on the cards.
Re: Spells, Potions and Notions That sounds wonderful. In my experience, casting spells for the benefit of others is much more fulfilling.
