Why not just make up another character just for a one-shot? Doesn't have to be demonic or whatever. Maybe just some bitter witch/warrior that Lady Death runs into in the blacklands that doesn't put up with her stuff, lol.
Use all the signature trademarks, the spikes coming off the shoulders, the skull head come-and-get-me-boots.
Just buying one issue of Lady Death can be a headache because there are so many covers but with something like this I'd own all of them, at least JB's for sure.
Somebody over at Avatar likes drawing spagetti for some reason. You look at what's going on on the cover and that's the first thing that comes to mind. Could be a intense fight scene and your like "where did all of this fettuccine come from?!?" Is it a food fight? How come nobodys shirt is stained?
