i'm assuming this - and his other Tarot items - is ripped-off? everything else this tw@ sells is, i've reported his ripped-off Purgatori stuff before and he's just relisted it. apparently Jim as copyright holder will be able to take more effective action under their VeRO rules, or whatever. Ebays reporting system is rubbish.

good!
i reported this seller a couple weeks back and his stuff was removed. he immediately relisted it all again a few days later, so i reported them all again. this time they didn't disappear so i don't know what ebay are doing about it. i mailed them telling them virtually everything he was selling was a rip-off self-made item (fake clocks, posters etc), no reply. seem pretty lax when it comes to the little indies guys, i bet if it was M*rvel or DC characters getting ripped off they'd have the stuff pulled in seconds due to potential lawsuits.
i'll keep an eye out, if he turns up again i'll drop another line here.

annoys me when you see the guy has hundreds of feedback too. it makes me wonder who's buying the stuff. Fans of the comic should't (WOULDN'T, i'd hope) support someone ripping off the comics they like, so it makes me wonder if people are being conned by the "extremily rare" wording. which, i think, would constitute a fraud rather than a more minor e-bay infraction. i'd like to see scum like this jumped on from a great height and made an example of.

this ebay policy is really hacking me off, twice i've reported this maggot as EVERYTHING he sells is a rip-off, and so far they've done nothing. Looks like they're ignoring Holly too, assuming she's gone through that Vero business as well as mailing the maggot. i dunno what else to do to get ebay to pay attention and take action, the reporting system is garbage, you just paste in item numbers and that's it. no ability to add text or point out the guy's a repeat offender etc etc.
edit : right, being "extremily" p155ed off at someone ripping off artists i love, i've sent mails to Avatar, Tales of Wonder and Marvel too, telling them their work is being ripped off, ebay has been notified numerous times and is doing nothing useful about it. hopefully a bunch of mails from hacked-off creators (especially marvel!) will get something done about this maggot.
maybe if other reader of this board report the items too ebay will get sick of all the reports coming in and do something about it.
