Whats in the Foods we eat ( Online Food Evaluator)
I found this REALLY TERRIFIC page at REAL AGE web site ,,
You download nothing and its Free to use...
Do you ever wonder what is in the food you eat? The actual vitamins , nutrients, calories, fat content? I found a page at the Real Age web site that lets you click on a food type, such as Bread, then the type of Bread, I chose Loaf and then I chose White Bread. Then I hit a link called Calculate....So for one slice of white bread, it shows everything that's in it...
I truly think this would be very useful for anyone that is on a diet or that is diabetic..
