Re: Did you do the Canadian Tour. I did. wats your story.
(FYI)..I work at the G-force and we have about 10 hours of crane work and 14 hrs of man power during our teardown. Anyways in Edmonton, the day after teardown, Vanessa told me that they did the fastest teardown EVER.It was something like an hour and a half. And usually its like a couple of hrs. Hears the funny part, the reason they did it so fast, was cause the crane was moving at least a tonne of different parts over their heads and THEY were frighten that it might hit them or fall on them (lol) vanessa came up to me and told me this, and we laugh.. and laugh.. and laugh.. and laugh.. and just when we couldn't laugh any more ...we still laugh. Even in Regina we still laugh.. ya had to be there.....it was funny
and that my story.
the end...
Tune in next time i'll tell ya another storie about our adventures, cho

well the new season is comming and i was sad to hear there won't be any mermaid show this season.i am in hopes that there will new surprises this summer. part of the reason i like the side shows is it's fresh and i know there will always try to up the anti then the year before. the other part is the exhibits give me an idea to draw new stuff on my pad. as an artist and carny i tip my hat to you scott.

I don't exactly have any stories.
..but the Gforce was my favourite ride when the midway came to town during Heritage Festival.

Re: Did you do the Canadian Tour. I did. wats your story.
it's ashame they dont have it for the 2005 season .as well as alot of other rides this year. apparently the main boss of the Candian midway company though it would be best not to have the expencive rides touring. (f.y.I): those guys in charge dont know what they are talking about.you been to the cne last year ??? it was huge! not mention the millions that came every day....Now that they droped them(the rides),every spot was small and petty, like a county fair.than an Exabition!! But thats my opinion>

I did not work the tour, but i saw it in Toronto. And i too was not impressed. The big new Mosser Speed Flip was down most of the time. Less Rides and None of the big iron came out. Only upside was they finally re-arrange the layout at the CNE.
