Re: Have you ever witnessed something Inexplicable?
I consider myself a fairly rational person. Despite my love for the paranormal, I have always kept my head about me and have often tried to allow logic to overcome fantastic sights and ideas.
I have never considered myself a conspiracy follower, ‘nut’, or supporter. However, I have recently come to the conclusion that man did not walk on the moon. Or at the very least, I have serious doubts about it. I know it’s insane, and that it is something that has just sort of mounted until, in this case, I can’t ignore my logic.
I have to say, I am somewhat ashamed by it. I feel like I was defeated. I got served.
I believe in much of the cryptozoology beasties as well, though only because I believe that there are stranger things on earth in the physical realm than the spirit world. I do not believe in ghosts, in a classical sense, though I have witnessed paranormal activity.
I have seen, ‘things’ moving about in the darkness of night.

Re: Have you ever witnessed something Inexplicable?
Hmm... yeah, I kinda have a boring, uneventful life, so nothing cool ever happens. But, sometimes, I'll be going to sleep, or even just waking up, and I'd just lay in bed, and I'd hear someone whisper my name. And it's not just mluhguh... like mumbling or anything, it was clear as day. But the last time was not whispering. My name was said loud and clear and it was totally weird. NOW, I don't know if it's because I'm half asleep or what, but, I can remember the voice so clearly in my head. I don't know.
There's been a couple of times where it sounded kinda like my dad. It's really freaky weird.

Re: Have you ever witnessed something Inexplicable?
Oh! That just reminded me of something. When my grandfather passed away, I was sleeping the morning of the wake and didn't hear my alarm, but his voice called me and woke me up. How crazy is that?!

Have you ever heard of Electric Street Light Phenomena?
When I walk home I pass a street light in front of a chineese resteront. It will turn on or off as I pass.
It does that every time I pass at night. This has been going on for close to two years, so I know that it's more then a coincidence, and I go past at different times so it isn't an atomatic thing.
Que the Twilight Zone theme
I researched it a bit and found out that it had a name, E.S.L Phenomenom.

"Cats? You can see them too? Gracious me! I thought my doctore was just seacretly upping my medication. Lookes like I owe someone and apology... and a new poodle."

Re: Have you ever witnessed something Inexplicable?
My childhood was spent being brought up by a family of clairvoyants, so I kind of got all sorts of weird ****e thrown at me all the time. I used to get the voice of my mother in my head to call her, and I would, just to find out she had literally just been thinking about me. The weirdest one was the night my grandfather died. I was out with friends drinking and partying, when suddenly at 3am, I suddenly went stone cold sober, looked at my friends and said I was going home. I got home to no one there, only to get woken up the next morning by my family telling me that my grandfather had passed the night before at approximately 3am.
There have been other odd occurances that I just can't explain, but my head knows they happened, because I saw them, and so did the two or three friends with me. So, unless we were having mass hallucinations, we all saw what I can only refer to as dancing orbs of light. I know they weren't fire flies, because we don't get them here, and that on top of the fact that fire flies are NOT purple, blue and pink! So, you tell me....

Re: Have you ever witnessed something Inexplicable?
This one time...at band camp.....
heh, ok seriously I know someone who's been haunted her whole life. It's freaky. umm..the street light thing...you know that some street lamps have motion detectors on them right? lol. that could explain it :P
I only have one sorta story...Ouige board related. I was like 12. ya know, seance type deal, led to some freaky ass answers...last q we asked it was if one of the kids there was gonna die young..idk why...and instead of like, going over to "yes" or "no", it spells out "February two thousand". We flipped OUT, and chucked it out the window. NExt morning we wake up and the board is on the table, in perfect condition and the lil arrow is sitting on "yes"..idk if my friends mum brought it in or what, but it freaked us out...anyway. we all go on with growin up, barely keep in touch...February of my jr year rolls around, and there's this big car accident. Re: Have you ever witnessed something Inexplicable?
ha ha. now you're the victim of double-itis!
That's really creepy and gross. Me mum used to play with ouija boards when she was a kid, and she doesn't like to talk about it. Sooo... I dunno about the ouija personally.

Re: Have you ever witnessed something Inexplicable?
It's fricken no good....but ok, here's something inexplicable
I was on the bus (sick) today, and this random gets on at the front, sorta stumbles to the back, whips something (not sure what, kinda looked like pudding in a bag :s) at the driver, and gets off by the rear door.
Also today...lol, this kid I'm training at work was totally high. What a dink. That is also inexplicable to me. Hehe, I made him stock the impulse chip stand. It was great.
