Did you ever run into someone who you cringed at the scent of their cologne?Not that I know of
Did you ever get stuck sitting next to someone with a very strong scented cologne on a plane or bus?yes I have before
Do you think fragrances should banned from some public places if you are an employee there? I don't think so. I don't think it's up to me to make that decision even.
