Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
Another thread mentioned prison ministries and the dramatic conversions of hardened convicts.
Perhaps something to look into for future CTA projects would be some kind of Prison Ministry.
We all know that tattooing takes place in prisons, and that many (if not a majority of) convicts are tattooed. There seems to be a natural tie-in.

Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
I love my tatoos and I use my tattoos as a tool for my testimony. I just started a job where you do not normally see tattoos on people and I have had many people ask who came up with the designs and ect. I know that it will be nice to say "here is a list of good artist that are Christian and in our area." that is what I am looking for mostly in the site. But also a way to share stories of any chance that they give me to share the love of Christ and to help plant the seeds to be sown later or to even sow some already planted seeds.

Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
I didn't know something like this existed. Most of the Christ followers I know would turn and run from the idea that tattooing and God can even be spoken in the same sentence. thank you for boldly going where most won't.Looking forward to where this is leading me.

Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
Hey again, to all those new, and old on the site. From what I understand change is difficult, we all have to go through tough times in order to become stronger. I believe that the changes made here will make a positive affect on the world of tattooing, and God has a plan for those here.
What to expect.... Love one another no matter what, (sounds easy huh) It is a goal to strive for, and one worth reaching. Christ did it for all of us, and I want to be like that! Anyway, off my soapbox and on to slingin ink! Take Care out there and God Bless YA! Ladda Jaymz

Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
By my point of view as a Christian with tat's I'd sat better a non Christian tattooist because in a certain way being marked by someone that shares your same point of view seems to convenient and easy. Our Lord set a mission for all Christians and that is to tell the good news. We as students must become also teachers. May peace and love be always in your hearts. Even if I wrote this, I myself have uncertain feelings if the answer is right.

Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
I feel that there is something in all art that isn't put there by the tool used, but by the heart of the person creating the art. So i feel the only way one can use a tattoo and minister to others is by getting it done by someone who believes in what they create.

Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
right on...
I think then...that God has given both of you a chance to minister. He has lead one person to get tattooed by people who arent christians and minister..
and
is leading the other to witness to or be witnessed to by christian tattoo artists.
Either way...its a good thing.

Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
Both are equally important.
For instance, I joined the site today to simply try and find a Christian artist in the Washington, D.C. area since I would prefer to bless the body with the resources God has given me.
If one cannot be found, I will simply find whomever is convenient to where I live.
In both cases, QUALITY is #1.
If anyone has any leads on folks in the D.C. area, please reply.

Re: QUESTIONS FROM THE CTA...PLEASE RESPOND:
Banning Roscoe huh...guess what I heard was true. CTA was such a good idea. Sorry to see taken off in such a far off direction. ...and Church Tattoo...seriously...what the crap... Everything went to crap when Pastor Freak passed the torch. Won't be surprise if this post gets me banned like Roscoe.
