The Screwtape Leters
by CS Lewis.
this is a GREAT book, it is written in fictional format, of an elder demon mentoring his young nephew through a series of letters. Lewis uses this odd format to make points that would otherwise be hard to make. it deals largely with temptation and falling out of one's daily routine with God.
The Problem of Pain also by Lewis is another great book, dealing with why there is evil in a world created by an omnipotent and good God. this book has helped me to put ideas into words that i couldn't before - very helpful to witnessing.
