So, Hitler, Jr. has passed a bill giving him authority to torture you if you are deemed an enemy to his administration, even if you are an american citizen. Your rights will be stripped naked, they will torture you if they want, and there is nothing that you or anyone else can do.

Nothing new under the sun sweetie, this is how governments have fuctioned for thousands of years and is probably the way the world will whimper to its demise.
There will always be someone bigger then you trying to **** with you; basic fact of life.
Enjoy the freedom you have each day, be thankful you have ever been allowed to experience even the semblance of freedom, and if you want to try to do anything about it, try loving your fellow human, caring for your neighbor, being tolerant of people who are different then you. Those are the things that combat fear and hatred.
