Drinking
This may be a stupid question, but I am wondering if I can drink alcohol after I get my tattoo. I know that before is 100% a no, but I have no idea if it is alright to do afterwards. I am getting a tattoo there this Saturday and a few of my friends are coming along to Gettysburg and we are talking about going out after.
On an unrelated note do you have any suggestions on where to go/ where to eat while in Gettysburg. The main website for the town is oddly out of date.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it.

Re: Drinking
After the appointment you can drink. You just want to make sure you don't drink to the point you forget to take care of your brand new tattoo. And theres plenty of places right around the square to check out. That are both bars and restaurants.
--- eat clay and shit out statues

Re: Drinking
Thank you for letting me know. Don't worry! I would never forget to take care of my tattoo. I just wanted to know if it was safe to have a few drinks.
See you all tomorrow!

Re: Drinking
I'd wait a little while til the tattoo had stopped any bleeding too, since alcohol can thin your blood out, make you bleed more, which could bleed your color out. Of course, a good meal before gettin' snookered would help tons
Mexican food.... El Constenas, 3 blocks west of square.
Sushi... Pings, right off the square.
Italian... La Bella's, 3 blocks east of square.
Greek... The Plaza, on the square.
American food... The Pub, right on the square. And we have a Ruby Tuesdays out about a mile east from us on rt 30 or a Fridays out by the Village Mall (why do they use days of the week for restaurant names???)
