It's an old black & white print I did one time, when I used to mess around with some photography. I made a lithographic print off the negative years ago which turned it into pure white and blacks.
Then when I got the PC, I scanned it in and I actually did the rest using "MS Paint" of all things. I just went in and filled the color. I'm sure there's graphic softwear that could do that from the original, if not make the whole thing, but that was how it was done. I find it pleasing and don't mind this one getting "stolen" in case I see it on next years "Tallhark card" or something.
