shamans/animals

from ICKE board:

I recently read "Cosmic Serpents and DNA" and had an idea.

It talks about how taking Ayahuasca lets shamans see what's wrong with ill people on a genetic level (that is literal pictures of DNA and cytoplasms on a microscopic level). I was struck by how much Ayahuasca itself resembles a twisting double-helix:

Also in the Bible there's accounts of people eating scrolls: Rev: 10:9: "Take [it], and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey." It basically says he could attain knowledge by eating something.

Then I realized that we have nerves coursing through every inch of our bodies, including our stomachs and digestive systems. So then I thought, what if our nerves can communicate to our mind the properties, history, function, etc.; everything about the thing we've ingested?

Because Ayahuasca is shaped like a double-helix, that's probably why it grants people knowledge about DNA! The shape is used an indicator that the plant would grant a person knowledge about something; this is a general idea held by the shamans in the above book.

Looking at reality this way, in order to understand something (since everything is made up of knowledge), we should eat a plant that looks like it.

During fasting, the hunger-urge goes away after about three days; my suspicion is that the gastrointestinal urge is an awakening of our energetic body in the solar plexus area. Also, if one's fasted for an extended period of time (3 days or more) the food they eat afterwards is so intense, just because they can taste so much more of it. We all know this life isn't about survival, it's about knowledge; so doesn't it make perfect sense that eating is really a way to learn?

Maybe if we went out into the wilderness, fasted for a while then ate plants that looked like the things we're most attracted to intuitively, our awareness of our energetic bodies (which are active during waking consciousness) would return, and we could then progress consciously and deliberately into the astral.

Even animals exhibit behavior like this, i.e. caring for the ecosystem around them. For example, they always cover up their crap after they do it; cows won't eat a field to death, only here and there, etc. They also will only eat their natural prey. Some people claim they'll eat humans if they're "starving", which is possible; yet we have accounts of Christians and other people with purpose who were fed to lions and not eaten. We also know that domesticated animals will take on the traits of their owners, becoming filled with negative or positive emotion. It's possible that "starving" animals were never really starving, just chose not to die and do what their masters wanted instead. I think the reason animals act like this isn't for survival, but it's so they can progress into the astral (which it doesn't seem animals haven't yet developed the capacity for on their own, since no one I know of has ever seen a wild animal in the astral).

The Native Americans have a shamanic class called the "bear shamans". It's said these people can transform themselves into bears by using the power of what they call the 'Bear spirit'. Similar classes exist for elk, deer, eagle, etc. What if these are actual animals instructing them, who are aware of themselves in the RTZ? And what if instead of shape-shifting, the animals take the real-time body of the shaman on for a time in order to heal the people?

On a side note, as far as I know, animals don't attack each other at watering holes: http://www.gradewinner.com/p/articles/mi_m0FRO/is_1_132/ai_53630647 , based on this and a video I saw when I was younger. However if anyone has any evidence it'd be much appreciated.
