effort, and then non-effort
Peace awaits you.
Peace mingles with you essence, yet you cringe against it.
Peace offers, “Confront tension: fear, insecurity, anger, desire, fire, ice, hail, and scarred earth.”
Walk the paths of your mind to their origin, and see that the peace of this place is ever available. You need not walk away or change your ways. Peace is within you at every step. Embrace it. Face yourself with acceptance. NOW!
Why do you cringe against peace? It is easier to act out the play of tension and certainty within your mind. But why? Why is it easier? Denial perhaps? If you deny a part of yourself for so long, it can become nearly impossible to see. If you cannot see what prevents peace, then you cannot know that peace is already here. That may seem like a trick of words. In a way, it is; it’s a trick of the mind. It is easier to deny yourself. But why? In order to accept completely, you must release the past. The act of release will bring pain to your experience, accept it. The mind will continually strive to take you away from the moment. This is your meditation. Breathe in the moment, and stay there infinitely. The moment is always available. Always! Peace is integrated into the core and origin of your being as a silent experiencer. Embrace it.
This all may seem like a command, forceful. This voice is not the voice of the heart or intuition. This is the voice of a will determined to become integrated. The will is an integral factor of the complete human being. Embrace it. I am this, so sayeth Christ. Choose. Choose every moment of everyday. When you find yourself not choosing, or rather choosing in a way that does not serve you, do not spill tears. Embrace the right choice, and accept the pain you have put into motion. Suffering is a chance to wake up, nothing more, nothing less. So wake my child, this beauty is not separate from your sight.
