Calm Blue Bars
I wanted to do something quick just to give an idea of what I am thinking of for this forum topic so I took the "Calm Blue" skin designed by Smackdown5 and just changed the three background elements in the CSS to this:
/* THREE BACKGROUND SECTIONS */
.bghead {width:775px;height:25px;background:url(http://img.runboard.com/img/layouts/smackdown5_15/separator.gif) repeat-x}
.bgmid {width:775px;background:url(http://img.runboard.com/img/rb/homepage/default/bg.gif) repeat-y}
.bgfoot {width:775px;height:25px;background:url(http://img.runboard.com/img/layouts/smackdown5_15/separator.gif) repeat-x;}
Which changes the skin so it looks like this:
