Neat Find of Sat. Dec. 30th, 2006
Using my White's Spectrum XLT, I found an 1853 Silver 3 cent piece on a very trashy site in Red Bank, N.J. It was down about 4 inches and what makes this find so extra neat is that I've found loads of tiny brass washers on different sites before when I was hoping to find one of these smallest ever made U.S. Silver coins, and now I've finally succeeded in finding one.
Happy Hunting to all DSMDC'ers ! ! ! ! !
