The absolutely worst thing I know is when I feel completely helpless, and the really sad thing is that there isn't anything more one can do than to just be there for the other person. It's hard, so remember to take care of yourself as well.
I don't think anyone here minds that you let out your frustrations, I know I'm very glad that you feel you can do this here.
