Re: The Steam Vent ...(Need to Rant?) Net flicks? Never heard of it...but I will provide you with the American link for the movie 'Tempo' (I used the Canadian version).
Re: The Steam Vent ...(Need to Rant?) No you don't.
Besides, Conan O'Brien was in Norway recently and loved it. Did you ever see that episode? I laughed my A$$ off over that one!
And have no fear, dear Cec, we are working on the smut!
Re: The Steam Vent ...(Need to Rant?) Did someone say smut? I LOVE smut! (I think I'm on my way to knowing more dirty words on English than Norwegian, I had never thought that would happen... lol)
Sorry, we don't have his show here. I would have loved to see it though.
--- Special thanks to 3sacharm for the beautiful siggy and avy!
Re: The Steam Vent ...(Need to Rant?) I am just a wee bit upset right now.
So a little over a week ago I told Lolo about a story I had been working on last summer. I've still been thinking about it all this time and going back to it. I had mensioned sending some of it to her to look at...
So today...
I finaly got around to opening up the files to see what was there and how I felt about the story actually looking at it again...
There was not nearly as much there as I remembered. There was at least one Chapter I KNOW I wrote in full and at least 3 others I swear I at least had some notes down for. Now I don't know if the computer "LOST" them or what. I have a feeling some of the notes maybe in a notebook and I never typed them in but I have no clue where it would be after looking in the most likely places.
This leaves me with the delema of do I try to recreate them or wait for a while to look for the notebook or maybe my memory is that off. Not that I don't have other writting to work on but it nice to have something to switch to when inspiration on one gets thin you can go to another.
Oh man, I know what you mean babe! This happened to me recently as well, something I wrote and now I can't find!! I'm sorry, cos I know how you feel and it sucks eggs.
Re: The Steam Vent ...(Need to Rant?) I knew you would understand about this Loretta and how anoyed I am.
I'm also anoyed that though I've been asking hubby for a few weeks (since your incident) to show me how to put it on a disc, he still hasn't taken the time. I even asked him a couple times, including last night to even just write down the steps (I think I know enough to follow them) But he won't take the time to do that either!
