I have a dear friend/teacher that I was very close to.. and I helped him move the other day... and I drove by his house today... and when he wasn't there (Due to him moving away)... I was very sad.

It's always sad when someone moves away. I hope you can stay in touch with him.

What did he teach?

I know this is NOTHING compared to what some of you are going through, but I've felt down today about my writing. I've sort of been losing it for 'ON', partly due to the fact that it feels like I've lost a lot of readers lately...but, compared to others, this is pretty trivial.

Oh, no!
Hun, I'm sure people are still reading your stories...they've just been too busy to comment on them. That's the case with me, and I'm truelly sorry for it!
I hope you know that I'm still reading both of your stories, and I love them very much - in very different ways..

Hey Laur, I know what you mean and I do love your stories...That's why I'll often tell you when I've gotten behind and am planing to catch up. Creativity goes easier if you know people enjoy what you are doing.

I put some of my stories up on another site and IIB a few chs. at a time up to ch. 8 over the past month and literaly No One has read them or only a couple looks even. The only comments I've gotten there is from a friend who skimmed them and commented just to be nice, which is nice, but still I wish I had real readers. I don't want to beg for them but even an "I'm reading" or " I like this." would help.

I also feel bad I have had no inspiration for "The London Stage", though I came up with some plot points I can't seem to get there.

So I send you some hugs Lauretta. emoticon

Ah, babe, don't let me get you down. I am just being silly and weird, as I tend to get. I do love to write a great deal, so even if I only have one reader that will be enough for me.

But yeah, it is wonderful to know that you touch people with your writing, and you certainly have touched me with yours babe.

Don't worry, I am not giving up any time soon! emoticon

That's good, I won't either but...

I understand the need to vent about it.

Ah, thanks so much Deni. I get sad just thinking of it, so I know what you mean. Now that Hugh is Mr. Bloom for me, it's all the more real (though it was before, of course).

As for what made me sad today - SILLY GROUP WORK! YUK! emoticon
