Mostly I now only use a low end digital camera but still can get some good ones.

They reminded me of the ones I took in France, where the clouds always seemed to be positioned right and to give the photo a mood that just fit. It's funny, cos I didn't notice the clouds when I was taking them, but when they turned out is when I noticed them.
I agree, the best picture you can take is the one you don't plan for, or that just comes naturally. There's so much that the lens can reveal about a subject or person.

Re: Photographs by Deni aka Lady LaRouge I'm not sure why, but I find these very haunting....there's so much left unsaid, and I like that...cos it gives the viewer a chance to fill in the blanks.
Re: Photographs by Deni aka Lady LaRouge I often really like the abstractness of light and shadow, makes you think.
My hubby thought I was loopy taking the set the the last one was from I was saying, "Quick! Where is the camera?", He gives me a strange look, I'm going "Look the wall, the shadows, it 'll be gone in a minute."
Sometimes they don't turn out. The light was awesome on some pottery one afternoon but it didn't translat well to the photos.

the photos are too big and image shack won't let me re-size them unless I re-load them and that is going to be too hard just now. I selected about 10 from 30 and the had no titles only number codes I now have to write them down and go back in my file and look/find which ones they were.
God I HATE TECHNOLOGY!!!!!
I was getting excited to finally share them. I'm so disapointed.
