The Poetry of Lolo

I will add to this whenever I can, but for now an oldie I wrote (but one of my favs):

Rain

Through the eye of your soul, I feel you.
I feel you feeling me, inside my mind,
inside my heart.
I feel your intense sorrow,
Your sorrow like rain.
It rains down on me,
into me,
entering me.

Through the window to your heart, I see you.
I see you seeing me, in all my ugliness,
in all my anger,
in all my fear.
It rains down on me,
into me,
all over me.

And I lay awake, listening to the sound of it:
God's tears,
Heaven's sadness,
All of Earth's madness.
And I do cry,
And I do scream,
And now, I am crying...

Because in you I see all love dying...

I don't really have a lot typed up. When I write a poem, it has to be with pen and paper. It's too impersonal for me to 'type' up a poem on a computer as I'm writing it.

BUT, I will try to type some of the finished ones up, just for you gals. emoticon
