What artists(painting, photographers, writers, dancers, etc.) past or present touch your soul.

Some of you who know me already know I am often inspired by nature and love photography so...

Ansel Adams photogapher of nature (and sometimes people) in the early to mid 1900's.

By chance while visiting my sister in Ronaoke VA, I got to see a special exibit of his photos.
His son had made some special prints from the original photo plates.
It was so wonderfull, a happy chance I'll always remember. emoticon

Hilary Hahn is my favourite violinist, she has inspired me a lot with her wonderful cd's.
It's amazing that a 26 year old girl can play so perfectly, and make it sound so easy.
I think her best cd is "Hilary Hahn Plays Bach", which she did when she was only 17. emoticon

Every time I get frustrated and don't want to practice, I listen to one of her records - and I find all the inspiration and the joy to keep on going! emoticon
