AHHHHH!!!!!!
You stole mine!
But, little missy, you should know that Pachelbel is considered Baroque (if it ain't Baroque, don't fix it! haha!)

Anyway, this is certainly the most beautiful piece of music EVER written. I cry when I hear it and it's just so....timeless...and that's what I love about classical music.

Cecille, do you happen to have a link any of those songs that we could listen to?

I can try and fix that later, sorry about steeling your loved one.

Btw, Bach is also Baroque...I know all about the musical periods, after studying it for several years.

Hilary Hahn is my favourite violinist!

Hilary Hahn plays Bach, Gavotte en Rondeau

Hilary Hahn plays Bach, Preludio

Hilary Hahn Plays Bach, Loure

These links are only a preview of the work, but it kind of gives you an idea of what this is...

(I'm actually playing all of those now, it's very difficult but a lot of fun...hope you like them)

I love Chopin's Piano Nocturne in Ebm

Chopin and others
Scroll down and you will find a few samples of Chopin, among them my recomendation the Nocturne in Ebm. There's also Mozart, Beethoven, Paganini and many others.
