ok i know its really original but my favorite is john 3:16. i love it and it was the verse i said in front of the entire church when i got baptised.

You know... our favorite verses are usually our favorite because they are tied to a specific memory or to a specific time in our lives... so don't worry about the fact that you like the most "exposed" verse... it's a good verse!

My favorite bible verse is Psalm 28:7 "The Lord is my strength, my shield from every danger." This verse always gives me a feeling of comfort, especially now as I enter a new chapter of my life into adulthood. I carry this verse around with me on a key chain to serve as a reminder.

Mine is Pslams 23:4. Whenever I'm in a tough situation where I feel nervous or scared I remember that verse and I know God is with me through any thing I may face.

Even as I'm walking through the vally in the shadow of death, I will fear no evil!, because you (God) are with me. You rod and staff bring comfort to my soul. Its psalm 23:4 worded the way I read it. (I like to make it as personal as I can since its my favorite)
