Hoax? Well I guess it depends on what you mean.
I believe the people (or more likely person) who put the video together whole-heartedly believes in his "conspiracy theory". Do I swallow his theory "hook-line and sinker". No I do not. There are some elements to the video that are likely true (at least in some aspect), but certainly not in total.
It is true that we are heading towards a one world government, as foretold in the bible. But we all know how that is going to end. And those who do not accept Christ as their savior have every reason to be afraid.

Conspiracy theories. Parts of the video are true, and I've heard other parts from other sources, true or not, I don't know.
Bottom line - there is one conspiracy theory to watch out for, and there is one who is behind it all.
One who wants to distract you at all costs from what's really going on, and one that will do anything, say anything, try anything to deceive you until it is too late. One who will twist truth, give you half truth and flat out lies. One who will attempt to confuse you at any cost, who doesn't really care who you follow, as long as it's not his sworn Enemy. He knows he's losing, and the only thing he can do is take as many of God's children with him as he can. Of course, this is Satan, the god of this world and his time is short.
There will one day be a one world government, and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it, for it's been foretold in the Book of Revelation. But it also brings us one step closer to meeting our glorious Savior in the clouds. We can only look forward in anxious anticipation for His return when righteousness will prevail.
In light of eternity, we await. Come Lord Jesus!
