I think I'll be a good boy and just sit in my seat.

What kinda fun is that?!?!?
My music pastor just told me last week that Licoln Brewster is coming to one of our local Mega-Churches. If it will fit in our schedule we will probably go together.
Well MamJ tells me when our band plays I can't dance
So I just sit.
I like lincoln Brewster, but not crazy about his latest.

Re: Concert
I haven't heard Lincoln's latest. I am actually rather new to him. I got a copy of his "Live to Worship" cd a few months ago in a trade, and that is the only thing I have heard.
Let us know how the concert is.

Where do I start? How about "WOW" I'll start with the arena. Kinda small, probably holds about 12,000. The seats were installed seperatly, meaning I didn't have to share the armrest with my neighbor. The air conditioning worked well. It wasn't hot. Not a bad seat in the house because of the size. I have seen many many concerts, Christian bands and secular bands and I have to say I saw by far the best concert of my 48 yrs last night. The sound was awesome, full, clean and not too loud. The bands (3) got together with a couple of the city leaders and prayed over the building, walking through the isles and around the outside in hope that lives would be saved. Great story by Mark Hall. (lead singer of Casting Crowns). Mark was very humorous at times, even poking fun at his own A.D.D (Attention deficit disorder) There was more prayer and devotion time during the 4 hr. event than at any Christian concert I have been to. That was AWESOME. The crowd was mainly teens and young adults. Other than a few Pastors with Church groups I was the old guy there. God has surely blessed these bands. Very talented group of people. One of the things that really impressed me was the fact that Casting Crowns schedules their tour around their service to God in their home Church's. Each member of the band is involved in their Church's ministry one way or the other, therefore their concert schedule is mainly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. They are home the remaining days of the week. I could go on and on with the great things that God showed me last night. I would suggest that if Casting Crowns comes to an area near you that you and your family must attend. We had to drive 2 hrs to get there and 2 hrs. home. The home was the hard part. Prior to seeing Casting Crowns, I was not a big fan although I did like some of their music. This was MamaJ's and daughters Idea, however after what I saw last night I am now a fan of their ministry.
Don't worry Stay, they didn't take over my #1 favorite of Todd Agnew, whom I will get to see on November 18th in Memphis Tn.
Casting Crowns Is a MUST SEE EVENT!!!!
See ya!

Leeland was one and I hate to say I forgot the name of the 3rd one. Leeland was a very good young band. I love seeing the young ones playing for Christ. Very inspirational.
