For my Mom

Hi folks,

Today around noon my mom was taken to the hospital with severe abdominal and kidney pains. The doctors ordered a cat scan and based on those results she will be staying... I am headed back to the hospital now but am asking for your prayers on this...

Hi again and thank you for your thoughts and prayers... My mother has a major blockage going to her kidneys and her blood pressure is bordering at stroke levels... The docs have managed to stop the pain and reduce the blood pressure down to 175 but are now looking for the cause of the blockage going to her kidneys. It is very serious but I am cautiously optimistic...

Father God I come before Your Throne of Mercy and Grace and I lift up to You Pastor Ricks Mother. Father I ask that You guide the minds and hands of her doctors so that they can find what is wrong with her and fix it. Make her healthy and well and bring her home to her family. Father I also ask that You comfort the family and give them the Peace that comes with knowing that You are in Charge and with You nothing is impossible. Father I pray that You will allow Pastor Ricks Mother and the Family to feel Your Presence and know that they are never alone. Father I ask all these things in the name of Your Son, my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. AMEN!!!

Good news so far emoticon

Today they drained off the infection from the kidneys and with the anti-inflammatory meds working it looks like no surgery will be required. They still don't know what caused this yet though...

It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

God is moving quickly (or at least in a way where I can see) this time emoticon

My mom is back home now and all is looking good emoticon

She did miss out on making the talk show circuit though... seems that for several hours they had my mom listed as deceased (even while they were serving her breakfast)!!!

We got that part straightened out real quick emoticon
