Think about me :) Well I did something this morning that I have not done in a long time. I lost my temper in a most bad way and I mean let the person have it on the other end of the phone with every nasty word a sailor would use and then some... I just totally lost my cool. I have not done that in a long time. And now I feel bad about it
I wont bother you with all the details but......... I am a service manager in an auto repair shop I have been trying to get (2) parts for this one car That NO ONE can seem to get right I have had the customer come back this will be the third time now........ And one of the two parts still is not right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am dealing with a dealer for the parts there is only so much you can do the last time we even went as far as to take the two parts over to the parts counter at the dealer the last time and THEY STILL CANT get it right...!!!!!@#!!@#
The vin# number on the vehicle should help them to pull up all the info about that car however!!! That seems to not work in this case as well.
I am about at the end of my rope and its only 9:30
