It's not too bad quality wise (could be better). most of 'Altars' is played live (about 28 minutes.

I think your post on the gig at Rockworld might have got me thinking about Cannibal Corpse- last night was the first time I've spun one of their discs in about ten years!

I always loved the more 'technical' Death albums ('Human' and 'Individual'), and for some reason 'Living Monstrosity' off Spiritual Healing has always been one of my favourite songs...

Id not played CC for years either, i got bored after 25m of them though!

I must admit i liked old and new Death. Chuck was one of the best dm guitarists ever. The first song Ewoc learned was 'Spititual Healing'! Some thing nice and easy!

Re: Classics

There's a moment in the Morbid Angel vid for 'Immortal Rites' that made me squirm- near the end of the song this guy climbs out of the pit, walks over to Richard Brunelle and wipes the sweat from the guitarist's armpit. He then wipes his hand on his own t-shirt and dives back into the crowd.

Ugh.
