GOD KNOWS WHY I LOOKED THERE....
but it looks like most the cats from the klaxons forum loathe the horrors. there are a scattered few who say they are fit but most everyone hates them/makes fun of them.
thoughts?

All I can say really is that Electric Dave doesn't! That's about my entire knowledge of the Klaxons forumers. I joined the other day but I still haven't nosed around properly.
It's a shame that they do, but each to his own.

Seriously - who cares? I mean - most of the Hors absolutely LOVE Klaxons (I do - I LOVE 'em!!), but their hardcore fans seem not to like The Horrors. However, one of the mods on Klaxons forum is our very own Electric Dave, a very sound feller.
The Horrors get bad-mouthed on lots of forums - like The View's and The Pipettes' forums - but it really doesn't matter. Everyone's entitled to an opinion, and besides part of the appeal of The Horrors is that they are adored and hated in equal measures.
The thing is not to get involved in name-calling - we don't want the Horum becoming associated with petty hate campaigns against other bands.

About 99% of the White Stripes forumers bash on the Horrors if they're even slightly mentioned.
There was one great quote though. Someone commented on them looking like exotic birds when I posted a few picture. (Actually I filled about 4 pages full of pictures in a thread) I should find the quote.

i just like to take things lightly, never seriously.
that way i avoid fights 
but ppls can say what they want. i don't really care, i'll continue loving who i love. and we can all get along with our lives.

well i think its a good thing a lot of people dont like them (im all for their success, dont get me wrong) because if everybody liked them they wouldnt be edgy or different, which why i personally love them
