The (semi) Official Prayer/Praise list
Hey guys-
I thought it would be cool if we could have a thread specifically where we could post prayer concerns or praises in. It should be kept for that reason too...no goofing off in this topic...just serious prayer and praises to God.
could a mod made this a sticky???

i'll start off with the first one:
my daddy was put in the C. hospital sunday morning. he was supposed to come home today but now they are keeping him for several more days. his heart is ok but it's his lungs now that are messy and gross and not good. he has Congestive Heart Failure (meaning his lungs are surrounded by pools of fluid) and its just...not a good situation right now. he's in good spirits but it's frustrating (and some of you know how my daddy is...he's been trying to plan his escape since sunday evening!!! haha). so just pray that they can figure out what is going on and he gets better and can come home soon.

This must be a "God thing". I was just thinking before I signed on to the forum we should have a prayer list . I sign on and its already happened......we have an awesome God!
Vic, I will pray for your Dad and the family too. I know how hard it is when someone you love is not well.

um, my grandma just got off of having a stroke. she is now in a home. please pray for her. she already had had altimers. she is very confused. thanks everybody.

Superb timing on this one, "Sissy."  My mom's dad really isn't doing well. He just lays in a hospital bed in my grandma's room, and he won't even drink anything. Mom's up there, she's coming home tonight, and it's just a matter of days, if that, until his body is just going to shut down I think. I'm not exactly clear on what the health problem is, but it's inevitable, so pray for mom. It's really hard to imagine losing a father for me, so I can't even fathom what it'll be like for her.

I have a praise! I've been worried about money for going back to the Ranch, but we figured it out yesterday and I"m going to have $400 extra. I've been realizing alot recently that everything I've ever asked God for, He's given to me. I am a very spoiled person, but I'm very very grateful.
Just to let you know, I'm definitely praying for all of your requests today.

i wanted to let ya'll know that daddy is home from the hospital now. he got home this morning. there wasn't a new blockage that they could find. but he's going to have to have a pacemaker/defibulator put in probably in September. but he's home and doing better
