It's true. I'm nothing if not obedient.

Re: What's in a name?
I like SARAH Student Ministries, personally, because it has a certain air to it that really would make our youth group seem composed and professional. And awesome.
But to answer Ken's question, I don't think it's true that LIGHT Student Ministries doesn't describe our youth group anymore, unless we aren't Loving, Inviting, Growing, Honoring, and Transforming anymore. And I don't believe that that's what Ken was trying to say.
I think what he really is asking is "Should we try to come up with a cooler name?" I don't know that we should, merely because it's confusing and bothersome whenever any name is changed. Take marriage for example. People call the bride by her maiden name for years after her wedding, and it's tiresome to correct all the time. Or when a band changes their name and they lose all of their undedicated fan base because everyone thinks that they broke up. I guess what I'm saying is that if everyone else wants a different name, I wouldn't complain, but it would annoy me on the inside every time I'd have to explain to somebody why.

Re: What's in a name?
See, what I really like about quotes, (and newspapers and such do this constantly) is that with a simple insert of "..." you can rip the whole thing completely out of context. Observe:
quote: Saja Sarie wrote:

See? By simply using "..." in the quote, I can make you say whatever I want by combining a few quotes! Isn't it magical?

Re: What's in a name?
its probably not cool to say this, but you can't quote her on the word "disgusting" unless she used it. and unless you ripped it from some other post, she didn't use it in that one.
just an observation.

and in my cage I sit and sing to Him who placed me there.
Well pleased a prisoner to be, because my God, it pleases Thee.

Combining a few from other places, not even just posts.
