Namby Pamby
"Contrary to popular briefs, this is NOT a striped-garb wearing string puppet from our Monochrome days, but The Ugandan Minister for Weather in the late '80s.
Full name, Ngambya Pambuyaro.
Namby was responsible for the 'heavy rain' curfew in which all the peoples and folks had to stay in when precipitation abounded.
His colleagues suggested wearing hats, but Namby argued that it could cause chafing and a localised rashes.
Soon after that comment, he was accused of being 'marred, soft and mimsy' and was beaten to death with polysterene bricks, which is no mean feet.
Now today, when anyone is 'marred, soft and mimsy' they are called 'namby pamby'.
The reason? Why... I just done told you all!
Drubbed Psyche!"
