Yes foreigners are allowed - but there are rules that must be adhered to!
* Cutlery must be used at all times... even when not eating!
* Wellington Boots may be worn on rainy days - anyone caught using the term 'gum boots' will be shot.
* Dogs must be carried on escalators... except when they are going down, in which case they are 'de-escalators' and the rule does not apply.
* You must accept that we are not all ****neys - some of us are Scousers and Yokels too , y'know!
* We all get 'first crack' at the lovely women... any 'spare' left over, and you can chat them up... this is a rule taken from 'Carry On' films, 'On The Buses', 'Countdown' and other such progs.
Abide by those, and this oppressive and rather backward nation will open it's doors with wecoming arms to you!

Well... I is English, but somewhere in the past we did come from Ireland and Romania - so work othat one out.
Plus I is gettn a Scots surname (Baxter).
